Claudia is responsible for overseeing and managing the staffing schedule, ensuring that there are enough personnel on duty to meet the needs of the Residents/clients.

Our staffing coordinator carefully screen our caregivers. We run a series of background checks including Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) records, local and national criminal records, and references verification. We also provide psychological examinations and test the integrity and personality of our care providers, ensuring that they will provide the best care in accordance to our client’s needs and wants.
